Mr Venkatesh J retired from Wipro Infrastructure Hindupur and Bangalore Cylinder Plants as Head Operations, having worked for 35 years. Island Hydraulics took him on board as Chief Executive Officer and he is responsible for the entire Operations of the company

The company has key personnel to control processes like marketing, design and development, production planning and control, quality Assurance, purchase and vendor development and all other support functions.
